Hotel is modern and nice. Breakfast is good and vaired. Gym is the best I have seen in any hotel. Staff is very friendly too. The construction outside is known thanks to other reviews, not the hotel... g minus is when we checked out they had to "check our rooms". Turns out we had to pay a laughable 70k for a towel that had babyfood on it. Held up three families for 70k... That is not five star behavior.

The service is satisfactory, but I paid for the Ho Chi Minh shuttle bus from Jungtao, but when I asked if I could use it at check-in, they said I couldn't because all the people were full.
